Cheesy Bacon Chicken Broccoli Casserole layers shredded chicken and broccoli in a creamy cheese sauce, then tops it with crispy bacon and a golden breadcrumb crust.
Ingredients
- 2 cup broccoli florets
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 0.50 cup milk
- 0.50 cup sour cream
- 0.50 tsp garlic powder
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 2 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 6 slice bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 0.50 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
Steps
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Steam broccoli until tender-crisp.
In a bowl, whip together soup, milk, sour cream, garlic powder, and pepper.
Stir in chicken, bacon, cheddar, and mozzarella.
Transfer mixture to a greased 9×13 baking dish.
Combine breadcrumbs and melted butter; sprinkle over top.
Bake uncovered for 35 minutes until bubbling and golden; let rest 5 minutes before serving.
